We are always interested in talking to quality professionals who'd like to join our team. As a XERO firm, we strive to embrace best practice software and technology in every aspect of our business. A strong contingent of our staff work remotely.
One of the notable differences at Flor-Hanly, compared to many other firms, is that our whole team has regular client contact once they are trained in our systems and client care ethos. The ability to have a chance to build relationships with clients and to network on behalf of the firm is something that our team members enjoy. We focus on finding great people and giving them the opportunity to work in a role they love.
At Flor-Hanly, we provide an inclusive work environment where people are treated with respect and feel valued. We delight in seeing each team member advance, both personally and professionally. Salary and promotion opportunities are commensurate with ability, self motivation and contribution to the wider team. Alignment with our core values is essential.
We have strong focus on providing mentoring at every level. All professional staff are given regular opportunities to learn more about business advisory. This applies to everyone from our first year cadets through to our managers. Once employed, you would also have a responsibility to mentor and support other team members, ensuring this is always consistent with our values.
One thing many new team members comment on is that they notice the collaborative spirit at Flor-Hanly. We work together in the best interests of our clients and the firm. We celebrate the success of individuals and support each other.
We offer competitive remuneration packages and five weeks’ annual leave. There is a 6 month probationary period. We believe this time frame is fair for all concerned, and gives new staff time to find their feet and gain confidence in their role.
If you are driven to achieve and looking for a new career opportunity, we’d love to hear from you!
