About the Role
This role will give you the opportunity to complete your CPA/CA qualification in a supportive environment. You will be given opportunities to shine and be recognised for your contribution. All accountants, including cadets and graduate accountants, are given regular opportunities to interact with clients and begin to learn business advisory skills. You will receive both soft skill training and technical training on a regular basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate a drive to learn, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. It is also important that you 'live and breathe' Flor-Hanly's values.
We will provide training and coaching to ensure your ongoing success in the role. Career progression is supported if you have a strong aptitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
About the Role
We are accepting applications now for our 2023 cadetship program. Cadets work 3 days a week whilst completing their degree. There is a substantial amount of flexibility provided to enable you to be successful in your studies. At present, we employ 2 cadets a year. As cadets progress, they will be given the responsibility to help train, support and encourage the next year's cadets, to help develop your own mentoring and management skills over time.
Cadets are provided with a qualified accountant as their buddy for daily work. Our systemised training program and daily team meetings all help with your professional development. Our cadets also receive the enthusiastic support of the entire Flor-Hanly team. As a Flor-Hanly cadet, you can be confident you will graduate with an exceptionally strong skillset.
